We went to Olu Deniz for a holiday about 6 years ago and whilst out there we visited friends who live in Calis. We both thought Calis was lovely and realised that property there was very reasonably priced. Our friends told us about the Calis Beach Forum and when we returned to England we went on the website to get some ideas about where to buy. We visited Calis Beach in the summer of 2009 (with no intention of buying a property)after agreeing to rent a work colleagues apartment. Beautiful resort with friendly local people and a small ex-pat community. The apartment was lovelly and the one next door was for sale with a number of local agents. Buying property abroad is an anxious time, not knowing the local laws and procedures, and in particular the fear of unscrupulous builders and agents relieving you of you hard earned cash, only to find you have been ripped off. We decided to make some enquiries and phoned our colleague who had purchased the apartment we were renting. They recommended Interturk to us and said they hda never had any problems. We then asked some of the local ex-pat community who to use and the same name kept coming up, Interturk Estates. Suffice to say, we viewed the property and proceeded down the route of purchase. Cenk and Olga really understand the importance of building a business on a strong reputation and spend as much time as is needed to explain and take you through any area of the process. They take you to the various legal meetings and help with the insurance etc, nothing is too much trouble. I would not hesitate to use them again and can't reccommend them highly enough. Buying a property abroad can be a frightening experience you need to have your eyes wide open. We were introduced to Cenk & Olga , as we were looking for an apartment to buy in the Calis area . Cenk and Olga showed us a range of apartments in our price range that met our requirements. We then decided to buy a property off plan . Cenk described and guided us through the buying and leagal process in Turkey, as well as giving us continuing updates of progress and sending photos when we were back in the UK. John and I arrived in Calis on holiday with my sister and brother in law to stay at their apartment. The holiday had been arranged at the last minute – John always jokes that had he answered the telephone to his sister we would never have come to Turkey as it just wasn’t a country that he had ever had any desire to visit. (Thank God it was me who picked up the telephone!!) Within a few days however we had fallen under the spell of the beautiful scenery and charming people. We had often heard my sister and brother in law speak warmly of Cenk and Olga and the help and advice that they had received (and were continuing to receive) from them when purchasing their property. A few days into our stay Cenk was visiting a client on the complex and popped up to my sister in law’s the apartment to say hello and check that everything was OK. (This is just typical of the friendliness that Cenk and Olga extend to their clients. Unlike estate agents in the UK who seem to want to offer as little as possible for the maximum fee, Cenk and Olga see the fantastic after sales service that they provide to clients as the ‘norm’). Whilst he was there John and I took the opportunity to ask Cenk if he would be able to show us some apartments as we were interested in buying a property. (I have to say that at this point my sister in law nearly fell off her balcony in surprise. We are known to be quite cautious and not given to spur of the moment decisions, but we had both fallen in love with Calis and wanted to own our little piece of paradise.) During the next couple of days Cenk patiently took us around various properties until we found the one that suited us best. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. Cenk’s primary concern was that we were happy and confident with our purchase. As Cenk has an engineering background we were totally confident of the standard and safety of the property he was recommending. We had looked at the Diamond apartments and consequentially bought off plan at a complex built by the same company. For the next few days Cenk devoted much time and effort into making our purchase as efficient and as smooth as possible, visiting the solicitor and notary with us and helping us set up a Turkish bank account. When we returned home Cenk and Olga kept in constant touch by email, updating us on the progress of the building works by sending reports and photographs. When our apartment was finally completed Olga spent time with us helping to choose furnishings. I cannot recommend Olga and Cenk too highly. Their reputation is second to none and their professionalism and commitment to their clients is outstanding. Olga now carries out our property management and arranges our transfers and car hire and is always available to sort out any queries we might have. We have just used Cenk and Olga at Interturk to purchase our new place in Calis area, they also conducted the sale of the previous property we purchades through them 3 years ago. Again I can not praise these people enough, the sale of our previous property went through with ease. Cenk changing the names on the electric water etc. and setting a new bank account up for the new owners. We brought another proprty off plan have been sent photo's of the place in progress and kept up to date, Cenk took us to choose floor tiles, wall tiles, kitchen units etc. When we went out to furnish in March 2008 the place was immaculate Olga spent a day wih us shopping for furniture getting good prices and arranging delivery etc. Anyone thinkig of buying or selling in Turkey I would strongly reccomend you use Cenk and Olga at Interturk Estates, they are two of the most honest polite helpful people you could hope to meet. There we were in Calis Beach, myself 63 years old and my wife 58 having a weeks holiday in February and what happens, we loved Calis so much we decided we must buy a Villa. Fortunately a Welsh couple recommended InterturkEstates, run by Olga and Cenk, a nicer couple it is hard to imagine finding anywhere. When we arrived home, we wrote to Olga & Cenk listing what we were looking for, our price limit and arranged to visit a few weeks later. We also contacted other Estate Agents in Calis to make sure we saw a full range of properties. I have to say that Olga and Cenk made what could have been a very daunting and stressful trip a pleasurable experience. Nothing was too much trouble and they showed us a decent range of property, one of which proved ideal. A large brand new semi detached Villa, beautifully fitted out, and within our budget. By June everything was completed and we are now the proud owners. We have just arrived back after two weeks in the middle of November with temperatures in the 20's and plenty of sunshine. Our fourth trip this year and we cannot wait to go back With Olga and Cenk, it doesn't stop there, they took care of everything every inch of the way, including buying furniture, curtains and all the other essentials that are needed, though I am sure we must have been exasperating on occasions.. With Olga and Cenk, it doesn't stop there though, they have become good friends, mind you, everyone becomes their friends. (what other Estate Agent can you say that about). We made contact with them whilst in the UK and they provided us with lots of different properties in the location we wanted to look at via the internet. In September 2006 we went to Turkey and met Cenk and Olga with a view to purchasing a property. From the onset they have been very helpful. Buying a property abroad can be fraught with danger. Having been to Turkey on many holidays and fallen in love with the country and it's people we decided to take the step of buying our own home there. After much research on the internet we came down to a choice of two Estate Agents, and after looking at what was on offer we found that some of the properties offered were on both agents web sites, but at lower prices on the Interturk Estates site (Cenk and Olga are not greedy). we emailed them detailing what we were looking for and our budget and recieved a reply from Olga who along with Cenk arranged to meet us on our next trip. We spent a day veiwing properties and when we had a short list they took us back again, nothing was to much trouble. We have never found an estate agent that sticks to budget before or who are so meticulous. I can honestly say that Cenk and Olga made the process of buying easy, they were more than helpful and strangely for Estate Agents superbly honest. I cannot recomend them highly enough and now we would like to think of them as friends. Olga now carries out the management on our apartment for us and arranges our transfers. All of the above is 100% genuine and meant from the heart.

I would like to give my full recommendation to Interturk Estates , for their helpful and professional services. Cenk and Olga made the whole process of buying in a foreign country pleasant and stress free. I have every confidence in Cenk , as he is a structural engineer and would not put his reputation at risk by dealing in substandard property. There are risks in buying abroad. But using a reputable agent like Cenk , gives the buyer confidence that the property is structually sound is not built on tourism land , and if a new build is built to a high standard. Cenk found me my ideal property . They took me to the land registry office and found a legal translator and a reputable solicitor. Throughout the purchase process , Interturk Estates were always on hand to help with all stages of the purchase process . During the build , Cenk e mailed me the photos to keep me in touch . We went to Calis Beach in July 2006 for 2 weeks to buy an appartment, and Cenk & Olga took us to look at some property's, we finally decided on an off plan which would be ready end of December. While we were waiting for it to be finished Cenk & Olga kept us informed of it's progress with emails and photo's. We also made Cenk our Power of Attorney so he dealt with paying everything that needed paying plus Military checks etc. We've just come back from spending a week there. After two or three days serching & being shown lots of properties that was unsuitable we went to look in Calis and found Interturk Estates and CENK , we were showen properties in our budget range by Cenk.He made all the arangements and took us to the bank and the notary . We left a deposed and came home . Cenk kept us informed by e.mail. We had a problem with the seller , he needed the rest of the money before we where by the milatry , we had to do the transaction through a solicitor which Cenk arranged every thing . When we e.mailed to say we were going over to finalise every thing , Cenk’s wife , Olga arranged the transfers and the accommodation at the Camelia apartment. After three days of searching and being shown lots of unsuitable properties it was a pleasant surprise when Olga and Cenk took us to Uzumlu to look at Mitas Uzumlu Homes. The moment we saw the apartment we could not believe the quality and finish, the views were unbelievable as was the price. We decided there and then that this is were we want to spend our retirement years The following day we were taken to Fethye to set up the bank account and the solicitors for all the legal documents,we were then taken to the notary office and the translator explained all the paperwork details. All this was completed in a matter of a few hours. The following day Olga took us shopping for all our furnishing needs.She paid very much attention to all our requirements Two months later we came back out to Turkey and by the second day all the furniture had arrived and we were able to stay at the apartment for the rest of this break. Cenk and Olga helped us all along and we felt very confident in all aspects of our purchase.

We have just taken possesion of our apartment at the Lemon 2 complex that we bought off plan in January. What a wonderful decision both in our choice of property by type and location and foremost our choice of agent. Olga and Cenk at Interturk have been superb, from our initial interest and viewing (a pleasure in its' self) right through to taking possesion of the keys. These people are the real deal, no pressure or hassle. they just showed us what we wanted within our budget and left us to decide wether we wanted to go ahead they were always on hand to offer advice but never tried to influence our decision. We bought, off plan, a two bedroom apartment in Calis in september 2004 which at the time seemed a bit scary as the buying process is easier but completely different to the UK. Cenk and Olga at Interturk had guided us through the process professionally and efficiently helping us in every way possible providing us with plans and representing us on any queries to the builder. During the building process Cenk and Olga updated us with weekly e-mails with photo attachments so that we were completely informed every step of the way. In retrospect, the scariest decision we made was to agree between us that we were definitely going to buy, after that, thanks to Cenk and Olga, things just got easier. The apartment has now been finished but it doesn't end there with Interturk, they will drive you around the shops and get you a discount on your furnishings and even put them in your place too! Where would you find an estate agent who would do that for you in England? I've since recommended 4 other valued friends to Cenk and Olga who have now bought through them and would say exactly the same about them. Cenk and Olga are not just Estate agents, they're friends. In March 2004, we visited Calis with the purpose of purchasing a home for us to use for our holidays and also as an investment. From the moment we arrived Cenk and Olga helped us every step of the way. We were amazed at how friendly and kind they were and their vast knowledge of the housing market. Their patience at our endless questions knew no boundaries. On our final day we decided to purchase a Lemon apartment off plan and there they were again, running us around to all the places we had to go. Fantastic!Buying a new property is a longer process than buying a property that is already built and for the last year, they are still answering questions, still running around for us while we are here in England and always on hand to solve any questions we may have. My partner and I went on holiday to Turkey and fell in love with Calis and the surrounding area. We wanted to look for a holiday home but did not know were to start because you hear some horror stories on the TV about people buying property abroad.We were introduced to Interturk Estates - Cenk and Ogla who gave us some sound advice on purchasing in Turkey. Luckily for us there was a new complex being built and we visited it. The workmanship of the project hit us both immediately as it was of such a high quality, and I knew straight away this was the apartment for us. Having decided to move to Turkey to live we contacted several Property Agents in the Fethiye area. Many agents emailed simply sending long lists of unsuitable properties, but it was obvious from Cenk & Olga’s swift reply that they had truly understood our desires and includes lots of useful information. As soon as we gave them a flight date they helped book convenient accommodation and arranged Airport transfers.By arrangement Cenk& Olga met us on the day after we arrived and took us to look at properties for sale. They really had done their homework and actually taken notice of our requirements regarding size, location and price. It only took until mid-afternoon of that day to find the house that was perfect for us. It was obvious how highly regarded Cenk & Olga were by established residents who greeted them as “old friends” and happily welcomed us into their homes to see the “finished” article.From then on Cenk and Olga worked constantly to help with the business of settling in Turkey. Not just the matter of the contract to buy the house, but taking us to all the various Offices to arrange for Residence permits, Tax Numbers and all the other things needed. Sometimes two or more visits to an office were required, always Cenk & Olga made themselves available to help and guide us. Official translations of Documents, contact with our Import Agents in Izmir to clear our possessions through Customs and deliver them to our new home, even excellent guidance with furniture shopping Cenk & Olga helped with all these. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. We are extremely grateful for everything they have done for us and the friendly, professional manner in which they have done it.

After much investigation and speaking with various people we took the plunge in late 2004 and jumped on a flight to Turkey with a view to looking at property in the Calis area. Before we booked our flight we had gained feedback from various people who had purchased in the area and time and time again the same recommendation of estate agent was given, Interturk.

After numerous eMail conversations with Cenk and Olga at Interturk about the type of property that we were looking for and how much we wanted to spend we finally booked the flight and the time with them to look at suitable properties.

From the offset it was obvious that they had listened exactly to our requirements and only arranged for us to see properties that suited our requirements (including the budget). Quite by surprise we quickly found the one for us, it was more than we could have ever hoped and under budget at the same time. At this point the nerves kicked in.....Cenk and Olga gave us the time to consider our decision and were not pushy in any way. We were allowed to make a decision at our own speed which was fantastic.

Anyway, the end result is that we now have the deeds to our little piece of paradise. Getting to this point was amazingly stress free with Olga even helping us find the furnishings for the apartment (all part of their great service). The after sales service was excellent as well, with all the little extras taken care of such as extra cupboards, snag list repairs and liaison with the builder.

As many have said before, they have become our true friends. This was put to the test when during a recent trip we had an illness in the family and needed medical assistance. Cenk/Olga reacted immediately and helped us find a doctor, translated for us and then kept up their regular communication during our stay in hospital.
