Standard package - £ 160 per year (Only £ 3 per week for peace of mind )

Rental Package - £ 200 per year (An ideal package if you are letting your property for holidays )

Standard package - £ 160 per year includes :

Visits to your property twice every month (24 times a year) where we carry out internal/external inspections.We will then eMail you a report, including details of any problem that we find and if necessary, arrange for and send you a quotation for any work that may be required.

Key holding - your keys will be kept in a safe location and will be available for you and your guests from our office during normal working hours. If you use our airport transfer service, the keys will be available from our driver on arrival (24/7).

We will collect your utility bills when they are delivered to your property and will arrange payment on your behalf.

We will help you order Gas or Water bottle changes and can arrange for these to be paid on your behalf.

Rental Support Package - £ 200 per year includes :

The Standard package above PLUS:

Provision of a 24hr contact phone number for use by you and your guests, should you or your guests need any help or assistance during a holiday.

Provide welcome pack (a charge applies)

Arrange a first meeting (check in) with your guests, giving them useful information about the property & surrounding area such as location of nearest bus routes , local shops,information about Calis beach area etc.

Arrage for check out. Checking your property after guests have left, if we find any damage we will provide you with a report. An essential service if you hold a 'damages deposit' from your guests.

If you are not sure if you will let your property out for rent, or are unsure how often you will rent it, you can start with the Standard package. Each Request for a 'Rental Service' will be charged at £10 per visit.

Cleaning Service Price List

• 1 Bed Property - £15 per clean

• 2 Bed Property - £20 per clean

• 3 Bed Property - £25 per clean

• 4+ Bed Property - £30 per clean

If you have just purchased your property we can arrange for a thorough clean before you stay for the first time:

• 2-3 Bed property - £50

• 4+ Bed house - £70-100 (Price on application)

(price includes our chemicals and cleaning materials)

Laundry Service

• Bedsheets, towels, covers - £8 per load, including ironing

• Other items - £10 per load including ironing

Airport Transfers Price List

* Dalaman - Fethiye return, 1-3 people - £ 65

* Dalaman - Fethiye return, from 4-7 people - £ 75

* Dalaman - Fethiye return , from 8 people - Price on application
